Nokia has finally released a new firmware V40 which has kinetic scrolling  for 5800 XpressMusic.

Total changes in v40.0.005 firmware:

* Kinetic Scrolling

* New Home “Contacts Bar”

* QWERTY Keyboard Auto Rotation (on text input screens)

* Removed Download! (Ovi Store still available)

* Replaced “Update Application” with “SW Update” as on the Nokia N97

* Ovi Contacts

* More Responsive UI
